I do not know what to call it, but today we went down town to take part in what I earlier had called an Easter October Festival. Not too many participants, but Scottish music bench boards and pork and beer.
The ribs were great and the beer even better. The fried pimientos the best.
Here you can see the BBQ where the Chef took good care of the meat. Interesting.
