I did not plan for another Berlin Bridge when
posting last Monday. However, the bridge on the other side of
Museumsinsel is called Liebknecht Brucke, and can be found between Berliner Dom and
Palast der Republik. Today this huge building looks like a lot of other buildings in Berlin at the end of the war. Speedy recovery to us all.
Upstream river Spree from the bridge by the Palats, we see another bridge.
Between Bodestrasse and Anna-Louisa-Karch Strasse the Friedrich Brucke give passage from the island to Hackecher Markt (Marx-Engels-Platz during the DDR era), or by boat at the river.
The bridge seen in the other direction with Berliner Dom, and under the railroad viaduct you may take a break at
Barist 
In this nice cafe, it is possible to stay for the time needed when the weather quickly turns to tropical Storm.
This is all from me for the coming week. Caring for side-effect of being transplanted have priority the days ahead.

Takk for omvisningen i Berlin. Jeg husker at vi bodde i Bismarckstraße når vi var der i 90. Brandenburger tor og den gamle olympia stadion fikk jeg også med meg.

Jeg takker også for byvandringen. Kuppelbildet var spennende, og jeg må innrømme at jeg kikket så mye på det at jeg nesten glemte at det var broer vi skulle se etter denne gangen.
