Early in the morning (8 am) from my bed at the Hospital the sun is rising over the eastern part of the Norwegian Capital.
The long delay was over and the operation was well done. Doctors and nurses acted according to "customer" satisfaction.
Quality (performance over expectation) > 1 = Customer Delight.
I feel good and recovery is speeding up. I am home.
Next week planning for treatment of other side effects due to Immunosupression after my heart and kidney transplant have to take place, mostly preclinical.
I am alive and it is good to live.

Gode nyheter! Og et nydelig bilde! Ta godt vare på deg selv, Arne:)
Nyt livet i lange drag og ha en fin fredag! :)
Once the doctors have started closing up, it is up to us to heal. I wish you all success in your recovery, have wou thought about what it is in life that you still need to accomplish to make this a better place. Surviving major surgery like that does make one wonder why.
Glad to hear things are getting better. Being home is always the best healing, I've found. I go to the hospital on the 30th.
I am glad you are well.
I also am glad your operation went well and I wish you good health from now on. Gretchen is right, being home will be the best therapy :) All the best!
