Sky Watch Friday and Helge´s Birthday

My first duties on this Friday Jan 18, is to send All the Best to my good friend and best-man Helge on his birthday. Have a relaxed time at Bjorli this weekend.

And speedy recovery to Asbjørn and thanks for the visit. It is always nice to see you at here, and I trust AnneKath will bring you safe home in your new car after your medical-visit to Oslo and NIMI.

Then our mind and feelings can concentrate on the spectacular views the Lady “Mot Havet” can observe from her position at the old marketplace “Kipperviktorvet” in Ålesund, the Art Nouveau City.

Today photos ends the "promotion activity" I have been doing this week, and will once more, hopefully, give you the desire to visit this town.

The first photo is a result of facing the sun behind the mountain Sula south of the harbour reservoir. The next photo is coming into my eyes when turning my lens to the left looking south-east towards the sunshine in Hjørundfjord and the Sunnmøre Alpes.Turning 180 deg. right gives you the northern part of Brosundet with the lighthouse Moljå and the island Gordøy to the west, and after that, later last saturday we can watch the sunset from the balcony at my childhood apartment. Have a nice weekend all blogfriends.

I just love no. four! That`s beautiful!
I suppose that The Lady are looking for her husband or her son. Coming home from a fishing trip.... A common sight on the coast of Norway in earlier days.

For a Sky Watch Friday picture, I'll choose the last one - to me it has the most perspective. Especially in the context.

Flotte sky watch bilete!

Happy sky watch!

What a glorious sky! Souch a contrast from here in UK, but that is what skywatch Friday is all about...bringing the globe together! We are all under the same sky after all!

The lady appears to be looking for something far off. The other pictures are just stunning.
